Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By buying from us, you agree to the terms below.
Our Policy
All products sold on Digital Detox Guide are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been delivered to your email.
No physical product is shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your download link. The file is yours to keep indefinitely — no subscription required.
What Is Covered
— Corrupted or wrong file: If the file you received is damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will resend immediately at no charge.
— Download not received: If you did not receive your download link after purchase, we will resolve it within 24 hours.
What Is Not Covered
— Change of mind: Refunds are not issued once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
— Duplicate purchase: Please review your order carefully before checkout. Duplicate purchases are non-refundable.
European Union Customers
EU Directive 2011/83/EU
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and downloading the digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
If you have not yet downloaded the product and wish to cancel within 14 days, please contact us before accessing your file and we will review your request.
